Ship Repairs and Conversions
We have successfully completed a variety of vessels taking account various constraints related to operations, the vessel dimensions and the water depth limitations that these vessels operate. These vessels have been successfully used to build the vessels with considerable economy of the construction cost.
We offer Shipbuilding and Ship Repair services to Ship Owners, Fleet Managers and Shipyards extending to the following activities:
Rack Teeth and Climbing Pinion wear rates and deformations condition, Jacking and Fixation Gearbox on-site oil analysis reports. Borescope survey for each gear unit of all types of enclosed gearboxes. Electrical Motors Insulation Testing, Jacking Motors Break Status and Adjustment requirement. Auto or Manual Lubrication status and recommendations. Control console and instruments status. Rack Phase Difference (RPD) condition and Function Testing.
On-board trouble shooting and repairing of All Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical Components.
Cold Stacked or Warm Stacked Offshore Rigs be Re-Activated from Diesel Engine, Alternator, Jacking Panels and Control Console. Testing of Jacking System to jack down to float.
